Requirements
- Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Pursuing a bachelor's or masters in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Human Resources with a strong interest in technology
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and evaluating emerging AI tools for HR functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
- Provide recommendations for HR team to utilize AI in current practices
- Share and discuss AI solutions with the HR team to gather insights and align on implementation strategies
Other
- Must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a program directly related to our business operations
- Has the ability to work a consistent schedule during business hours
- Has reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
