GM is looking to solve issues related to HR and Labor Relations cases, such as discrimination, harassment, and benefits fraud, by improving case management, data integrity, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience preparing data centric reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Familiarity conducting corporate investigations
- Skill in managing documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and change management records
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and data for leadership, including advanced dashboards and visual presentations using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Build and deliver complex data presentations that translate case trends and insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership
- Perform audits of the HR/LR tier for data integrity and user access, managing these as recurring project deliverables
- Maintain and develop documentation and procedures regarding the HR/LR tier in AIMS, applying project management principles to version control and stakeholder review
- Handle cases as needed, applying structured investigative protocols and project tracking tools
- Provide guidance to People HR regarding AIMS at a global level, managing global initiatives and change management efforts
- Train cross-lateral partners on AIMS usage, data handling standards, and investigative protocols, including the development and delivery of project-based training programs

- This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta (GA), Austin (TX), Detroit (MI), Warren (MI), or Mountain View (CA) you are expected to report to that office three times a week, at minimum.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience leading and/or developing training curriculum
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong situational judgement triaging and assigning HR/LR cases for handling
