The Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) needs to provide training and development in virtual and in-person settings as well as through asynchronous e-learning to teach specific job-related tasks and skills including software, policy, and procedure, as well as soft skills for all state employees.
Requirements
- Knowledge of training development, including e-learning
- Experience using software to develop e-learning (i.e., Articulate 365 or Adobe Captivate)
- Understanding of adult learning principles
Responsibilities
