Seaside Sustainability is looking for a Human Resources Fellow to oversee multiple sub-teams within the Human Resources department, drive project execution, and mentor Department Managers to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role with a strong track record in team management, project oversight, and impactful contributions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects across various sub-teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Assist in the screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Participate in interview processes, including scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance the candidate experience.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Department Managers across all sub-teams, fostering clear communication, coordination, and collaboration within and between teams.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects across all sub-teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and timelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Department Managers, promoting skill development and creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with the department’s senior leadership, including Advisors, providing timely updates on project progress, challenges, and key achievements.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies, set department-wide goals, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation within all sub-teams.
- Address challenges that arise within sub-teams, ensuring effective, timely solutions and fostering a positive, productive environment.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, foster partnerships, and strengthen collaborative relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
