Requirements
- Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ag Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Passion for helping people grow or learning & development
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with confidence in presenting ideas
- Organization & time management – the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking & problem-solving - excited to bring new ideas to career development initiatives
- Collaboration & adaptability – ability to work independently while engaging with different teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research, apply skills, and present findings directly to leadership
- Gain hands-on experience in Talent, HRIS, and Learning & Development
- Explore different aspects of Recruiting and other HR functions
- Research, map, and create resources that drive employee engagement
- Contribute to meaningful projects and make a real impact
- Present projects, experiences, and recommendations to the leadership team
- Support initiatives by researching, mapping, and creating resources
