The company is looking for an HR Intern to support key Human Resource functions and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
- Process employee changes and assist with employment verifications
- Support HR team members and assist with various administrative projects
Other
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Part-Time Internship (25 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
