FZ is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support their assigned department on day-to-day duties and work on an assigned project, while also providing developmental opportunities and exposure to various HR functions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week from May-August ’26 - required
  • Personable and has experience working with internal and/or external customers

Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of training records
  • Record retention and organization
  • Work within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and employee records to establish what files should house which documents
  • Serve as point of contact for Intern program events
  • Exposure and duties related to employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, and analyst roles

Other

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and is pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business with an HR Minor – incoming Junior or Senior status for Fall ’26 semester - preferred
