SAMA International USA LLC is looking to support its human resources department with an HR Intern to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
Requirements
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Currently pursuing or interested in a career in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (no prior experience required).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support HR team members in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics and employee satisfaction.
- Participate in HR strategy sessions and contribute fresh ideas for improving processes.
