R&E Supply is seeking a full-time HVAC Product Specialist to provide technical knowledge, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive sales growth in the central Arkansas region.

- Two-plus years of HVAC field experience

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to HVAC technicians regarding equipment selection, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist and instruct customers and internal staff on the proper selection, installation, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Maintain technical knowledge including industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology.
- Follow company procedures and utilize the inventory computer system.
- Assist purchasing department in evaluating new products and industry trends.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure estimates and proposals are accurate and timely.
- As needed, communicate across departments and store locations to achieve objectives.
