TidalHealth is looking to improve patient outcomes, safety, and quality through data analysis and reporting, focusing on reducing the total cost of care, improving quality of care, and enhancing patient engagement within the community.
Requirements
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Microsoft Excel experience is required (macros a plus).
- Experience with health information systems and health claims data is required.
- Experience working with CRISP Data system is preferred.
- Experience with organizational QA processes strongly preferred.
- Experience with Epic applications utilized within the facility strongly preferred.
- Experience within Population Health, total cost of care reduction strategies, and value based models is preferred.

Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business or data analytics required.
- Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
- team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
