NorthWestern Energy is looking to solve environmental compliance work including fisheries, wildlife, and water quality planning, field work and documentation in their Hydro Licensing Compliance department
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft office excel, word, and access data base
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
- Prefer Biology, Chemistry, Environmental, or other Natural Resource Science Degree
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop reports
- Participate in organizational work meetings
- Lifting of materials up to 35 pounds
- Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
- Interact with HLC staff, state and federal agencies, hydro operations, maintenance and safety staff
- Complete environmental compliance work including fisheries, wildlife, and water quality planning, field work and documentation
- Work directly with Hydro Licensing Compliance (HLC) staff
Other
- Demonstrate & maintain a good safety record
- Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
- Student must have completed Sophomore level or higher by summer 2025
- Must be in good academic standing
- Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application
