Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking to ensure the reliability and quality of its production products by conducting procedural tests on incoming materials and finished goods to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Ability to use test equipment needed to perform tasks. (Megohmmeters)
- Ability to use optical test equipment
- Able to read technical drawings, specifications and procedures.
- Computer Literate; Working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience handling fiber optic related product is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct procedural tests on production product, including incoming material, needed to support customer need date
- Responsible for understanding use of all test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures
- Verify equipment calibration is compliant
- Identify and communicate errors in procedures, drawings, bills of material, and routers to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering)
- Responsible for timely completion of documentation
- Responsible for accurate, timely entry of data into the ERP system
- Communicating special tooling needed to perform operation

- Willing to work overtime on short notice to support the needs of the business
