Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational and business data for the USF Post Office.
- Develop and document repeatable processes to support ongoing operations.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain data management systems and tools for reporting.
- Collaborate with Post Office leadership to implement business process improvements.
- Support ad hoc data management and administrative projects as assigned.

- Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors.
