The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is looking to implement and sustain Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities aligned with the Department of Defense (DoD) ICAM and Zero Trust (ZT) strategies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DoD ICAM and Zero Trust frameworks
- Experience with relevant ICAM software tools (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, etc.)
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DoD Cloud)
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, Security+, etc.)
- Experience with relevant programming languages and scripting tools
Responsibilities
- Support architecture design and engineering planning
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align ICAM solutions with DoD ZT strategy
- Execute implementation plans for ICAM capabilities
- Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot ICAM-related software tools
- Develop and implement sustainment measures and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of ICAM systems
Other
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active DoD clearance (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years of experience in ICAM and DevOps engineering roles
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
