Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in building IAM products
Responsibilities
- Have a vision and drive the delivery of the IAM-IGA Product suite
- Collect requirements from the business and partner with Engineering team to deliver features to the business
- Have an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints
- Hands-on managing the Scrum board and backlog providing clear requirements in the form of jira stories
- Participate and drive scrum ceremonies
- Partner and drive consensous among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs
- Manage junior staff

- Bachelor Degree (BS)
- Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
