Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role on a software development team
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, or other technical concepts used in modern platforms
- Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for one or more product areas, acting as the voice of the user and business to guide development
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and ensure the team has clear priorities and well-defined work
- Validate that delivered functionality meets business and user needs through regular acceptance testing
- Monitor feature adoption and performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions post-launch
- Ensure internal teams have the tools and workflows they need to support new product capabilities (e.g., training, documentation, configuration)
- Contribute to a culture of customer-centricity, ownership, and rapid iteration

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in fast-moving, cross-functional Agile teams
