KBR Government Solutions is looking for a Senior Software Analyst to oversee the execution of fueling system maintenance, modifications, and installation projects worldwide, supporting the Global Readiness & Sustainment of the United States Military and its allies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with complex software systems, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support.
- 5+ years of experience in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) development.
- 5+ years of experience in support of Automated Fuel Handling Equipment.
- Working knowledge of industrial control software (specifically Wonderware in Archestra System Platform), server rack with RAID array architecture, SCADA system configuration, database management and HMI setup.
- Experience with control system networking technologies and PC networking technologies.
- Professional Software Developer Certification as issued by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, such as CDSP/CSEP.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot server stack hardware errors, including hard drive failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed Wonderware InSource applications.
- Write scripts to automate tasks, perform data analysis and enhance system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity and communication health to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze system logs, alarms and alerts to diagnose faults and anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Update online database worklogs to reflect all efforts.
- Conduct backup operations to the extent of being able to fully restore the system on loss of data.

- Successfully provide phone support to field technicians to resolve issues remotely.
- Conduct operator training on system usage as needed.
- Travel up to 50% in support of training and troubleshooting efforts.
- Report status updates to Operations Managers.
