Peraton is seeking a Senior Identity Intelligence Analyst to lead critical biometric identification operations, analyze complex identity data, and provide expert guidance on biometric technologies and methodologies at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC).
Requirements
- Experience with tools and systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and tradecraft, including biometric and biographic persona development.
- Knowledge of image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identification.
- Formal training in facial identification techniques through recognized law enforcement program
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in biometrics
- DoD 8570 Compliance (IAT Level II cert)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough identity exploitation of media, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and preparing identity attributes for dissemination to national databases.
- Experience with tools and systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and tradecraft, including biometric and biographic persona development.
- Knowledge of image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve identification systems and processes.
- Author comprehensive technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging biometric technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and security protocols.

- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Minimum of 10 years with an Associates degree; Minimum of 8 years with Bachelor's degree; Minimum of 6 years with Master's degree; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
