DISHER is seeking an experienced Ignition Developer to support the development, integration, and optimization of advanced automation and data systems in a large-scale warehouse and distribution environment. The goal is to streamline warehouse automation processes and deliver robust, scalable results that enhance productivity and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Expertise in developing and maintaining Ignition-based SCADA or MES solutions for industrial or warehouse environments.
- Strong experience integrating Ignition with PLCs, databases (such as SQL), and other industrial data sources.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python or Java within the Ignition platform for automation and data processing tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation processes, industrial control systems, and logistics workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale Ignition applications for performance and reliability in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain custom Ignition applications for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Integrate Ignition with PLCs, databases, and industrial networks.
- Build dashboards, reports, and user interfaces for real-time monitoring, visualization, and control.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and expand system performance to support process improvements and scalability.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to deliver secure, flexible automation solutions.
