Crossing Hurdles is looking for an Image Annotation Expert to help build and train cutting-edge AI models by designing evaluation rubrics, analyzing AI responses for accuracy in visual reasoning and recognition, and creating benchmark datasets.

- Strong professional experience in image annotation or data curation for AI/ML models.
Responsibilities
- Design structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance on image-based tasks.
- Analyze AI responses for accuracy in visual reasoning and recognition.
- Create benchmark datasets and establish quality control criteria for image annotations.
- Collaborate with research teams to improve AI model performance in visual recognition and reasoning.
- Provide feedback on the performance of AI systems and contribute insights to refine the models.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in the annotation process by working closely with other subject matter experts.
