AssetWorks is looking to implement their software for higher education clients, and needs an Implementation Consultant to facilitate this process by analyzing business processes, configuring the software, migrating data, creating documentation, delivering training, and supporting adoption through go-live.
Requirements
- Familiarity with relational databases and data migration processes
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferred for ReADY product implementation)
Responsibilities
- Configure AiM and ReADY systems based on client needs
- Capture and document custom interface requirements
- Support data mapping, migration, and validation
- Perform system testing and quality assurance
- Deliver initial and end-user training on AssetWorks software
- Create training materials and standard operating procedures
- Assist with go-live planning and execution
Other
- Conduct business process analysis (BPA)
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,
- Basic understanding of MS Project and Visio
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- 3-5 years of experience implementing or using AssetWorks AiM, Go, or ReADY software
- Experience working with facilities management in higher education or public sector environments
- This role requires travel of approximately 10% to 50%, depending on project needs.
