Consensus Cloud Solutions is looking to solve healthcare's biggest challenges by improving data transformation, enabling secure data transport, and converting unstructured to structured data for better patient care. The Client Services Implementation Engineer will be instrumental in achieving this by implementing and supporting their integration solutions for clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in healthcare technology.
• 2+ years experience in Windows operating systems.
• Experience with hands-on programming.
• Programming experience.
• Experience with an integration engine.
• API experience.
• Experience with modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with healthcare integration including HL7 standards.

Responsibilities

• Support managed service clients using our Conductor integration engine, acting as a part of the hospital IT team.
• Implement all net new Conductor migrations.
• Build custom complex technical integrations such as public health ELR, direct messaging, and API.
• Implement and support cloud Conductor implementations, including fax to direct, Clarity CD, and POCs.
• Onboard jSign API clients.
• Custom component building in programming language of choice.
• Support with API development.

Other

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze, design, recommend and document workflows.
• Aptitude to classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government is required
