- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in healthcare advertising, preferably within a Pharma company or a Digital Agency
- Strong ability to work across different teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to improve product implementation processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both senior leadership and team members at all levels
