Cook Incorporated is looking to solve the problem of ensuring the quality of products purchased from outside vendors, which is critical to providing medical devices to patients around the world.
Requirements
- Must meet the Visual Acuity Screening Requirements of 20/40 vision using both eyes with or without correction and pass color deficiency screening
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift
- Moderate exposure to noise level in the work environment that is moderate to occasionally loud
- Occasionally lifts and/or moves more up to 50 pounds
- Frequent repetitive motion
- Must be able to read and comprehend manufacturing instructions
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, carry, feel or touch; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; communicate
Responsibilities
- Inspect all products purchased from outside vendors
- Identify components with catalog description
- Read, comprehend and follow product and packaging specifications and manufacturing instructions
- Complete quality work at accepted department/production determined rates
- Performs work in compliance with Cook Quality Policy Manual
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Other
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
