Radiance Technologies is seeking an Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) software engineer to support the Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) program, a critical component of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).
Requirements
- Experience with IV&V, software development, software process, software safety, software test, MBSE, static and dynamic analysis of source code
- Familiarity with modern software languages and software development environments, including, but not limited to C++, C, Python
Responsibilities
- Performing static and dynamic analysis on quarterly drops of LRDR source code and providing/presenting results to customer
- Analyzing Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), requirements, design, and developer operational metrics
- Participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), software design reviews, test plan reviews, test report reviews, and problem report reviews
- Observing Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) and performing regression testing to verify system requirements specification (SRS)-level, component-level (CSPEC) requirements, and software design in preparation for Formal Qualification Test (FQT)
- Developing, preparing, and presenting Final Reports to S3I for review and approval for multiple software releases
- providing technical know-how on IV&V tools, operating systems and specialized computing environments

- US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret security clearance is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related discipline
- Proficient at problem solving, analytic thinking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
