Stellantis is looking to hire a Plant Industrial Engineering Manager to manage and lead the plant's industrial engineering department, focusing on productivity, staffing, business planning, and process optimization to achieve operational objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with time and motion studies, development of standardized work, manpower estimation, and standard data
- Must understand assembly manufacturing systems and demonstrate the ability to apply throughput management process techniques and assess equipment capacity
- Data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving skills are essential
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles is necessary
