Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to manage a team of industrial engineers in support of the Executive Fleet and B-52 Programs in San Antonio, TX.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Leads and manages employees applying industrial engineering techniques and concepts to optimize production system design, operational efficiency, and after-market services.
- Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

- Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Master of Science in an engineering discipline.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
