F-35 Final Assy - Manages the analysis and designing of sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and the establishment of methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Requirements
- Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning.
- Experience managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into the production decisions and forecasts.
- Prior leadership or technical lead experience
- Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
- Project management experience
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)
- Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; which could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, ECM, iBaseT, 3DX or XVE.
- Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)
- Data Analytics Processes and tools experience: One or more of the following; Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau.
Responsibilities

- lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables pertaining to schedule management, cost control, cost reduction, capacity/resource planning, inventory control, and production record systems.
- monitors the development and implementation plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; which could include, production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning.
- managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into the production decisions and forecasts.

- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline.
- This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
