Meta is looking for a sales and marketing leader to manage Entertainment and Media categories, develop scalable solutions for clients, and drive revenue growth through a consultative sales team selling Meta's platform solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with digital media
- 12+ years of experience with sales or marketing
- 4+ years of experience as a manager
- Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
- Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
Responsibilities
- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
- Build, train and maintain a high performing team
- Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short and long- term challenges
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Partnerships, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
- Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for the Entertainment category
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
