Requirements
- Ability to use Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information
- Experience using JIRA to understand test results reporting and burndown reporting
- Familiarity with running queries (JQL) to extract filtered data in tracking defect open to closure status
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of SharePoint Server/SharePoint Services and Tableau
- PowerBI / Tableau and other reporting tools
- Visual design skills to choose the appropriate representation of data so that it is easily understood by executive and working level audiences
Responsibilities
- Consolidate multiple schedules into a single view for external 'bridge' reporting
- Consolidate product test progress and test results
- Report program progress to external (TMC) and internal stakeholders
- Test results for multiple phases of the project
- Follow up with Product Owners and Integration Test Leads when data appears inaccurate or incomplete
- Recommend and generate reports to enhance leadership visibility, this includes choosing the right graphical representation to make key information stand out and provide a way to retrieve detail if needed
- Create executive reports
