The Association of Former Students needs to advance its mission through developer support that ensures the highest quality of integrity and performance for its systems and processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of APEX programming.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience or exposure to Salesforce software.
- Knowledge of or experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or backend development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, dashboards, and other declarative automation tools.
- Support CRM Analytics reporting and assist with data integrity projects in Ascend/Salesforce.
- Maintain and document database field mappings and links, ensuring accurate and appropriate data use.
- Assist with integration of information between multiple platforms used by The Association.
- Produce reports for routine and ad-hoc needs.
- Support day-to-day departmental operations and special projects.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions collaborating with end-users to gather and define business requirements.

- Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, MIS or similar from Texas A&M University.
