Printpack is looking for an Information Systems Manager to manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of projects on the Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1) platform, aiming to improve user experience, standardization, and user efficiency.
Requirements
- JDE E1 technical and functional process experience, with Manufacturing or Distribution knowledge.
- Hands-on SQL writing.
- Expert level knowledge in two JDE E1 functional process areas.
- Intermediate technical JDE E1 tools and techniques knowledge.
- Intermediate technical knowledge of JDE E1 security roles creation and troubleshooting.
- Independently resolve application and data issues.
- Intermediate technical JDE E1 tools and techniques of knowledge, SQL writing, and Data Access Studio (DAS) reporting experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to business partners and their respective organizations to meet informational needs for manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Propose improvements in JDE E1 that will enhance the users’ experience.
- Technical experience in designing and supporting integrations to peripheral solutions.
- Working knowledge of JDE E1 security roles creation and troubleshooting.
- Identify and deliver end-user training to increase user efficiency on IS-related software solutions.
- Evaluate, document, and manage medium to large IS projects through the full SDLC including implementation and user support.
- Ensure assigned modules along with ancillary and integrated applications are functioning as expected – stable, scalable, cyber safe and supportable.
Other
- Project management experience, PMP preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, listening, facilitation and presentation skills (including ability to probe deeply into business issues during exploratory and fact-finding calls/discussions)
- Ability to effectively work and create effective partnerships with employees at most levels within the organization.
- Up to 10% Travel Reuirements.
- This position should expect after-hours escalation on-call duty.
