Lubrizol Corporation is seeking an Information Technology Co-op student to gain real-world experience and contribute to the company's operations across various IT departments, including Data Intelligence, SAP & ERP Services, Governance & Process Excellence, and Application & Infrastructure.
Requirements
- Students work to develop and implement interactive visualization tools.
- Utilizing complex datasets, you will gain a robust skill set in data analyzation and algorithm assessment.
- Students work to design and deliver solutions for our internal and external business partners.
- Utilizing our enterprise resource planning system, SAP, and other integrated software, you will gain a valuable skill set in business operations and customer relations.
- Utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM), project management (Agile and Waterfall), and process mapping software, you will gain valuable experience in project management and process excellence.
- Students work to create, support, and enhance new and existing applications for internal use.
- Utilizing an array of tools to ensure secure and efficient solutions, you will gain a resourceful skill set in automated scripting, workflows, and business process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interactive visualization tools.

- Design, implement, and monitor systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM), project management (Agile and Waterfall), and process mapping software.
- Create, support, and enhance new and existing applications for internal use.
- Utilize an array of tools to ensure secure and efficient solutions, including automated scripting, workflows, and business processes.
Other
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Active student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or other business or engineering related fields.
- Able to commit to three or more alternating semesters.
- Students with a 3.0 or greater GPA will be given priority consideration.
- Tuition reimbursement for co-op courses and fees during working semesters.
