Dick Hannah Dealerships is seeking an IT Director to lead technology strategy, daily IT operations, and cybersecurity initiatives to effectively support multi-site automotive dealership operations, enhance operational performance, safeguard sensitive information, and fuel company growth.

Requirements

  • Expertise with ERP/DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds), CRM systems, OEM integrations, and data platforms/Power BI.
  • Proven success building and managing cybersecurity programs aligned to FTC Safeguards/GLBA.
  • Hardware: servers, endpoints, network gear, peripherals.
  • Software: ERP/DMS (CDK/Reynolds), CRM, OEM applications, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD.
  • Network & Voice: SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, UCaaS/telephony (Zoom).
  • Data & Analytics: Data warehouse, CDP/CDK integrations, Power BI dashboards, AI/ML readiness.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an IT roadmap aligned with dealership business objectives.
  • Oversee availability, performance, and lifecycle management of all IT systems: Hardware: servers, endpoints, network gear, peripherals. Software: ERP/DMS (CDK/Reynolds), CRM, OEM applications, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD. Network & Voice: SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, UCaaS/telephony (Zoom). Data & Analytics: Data warehouse, CDP/CDK integrations, Power BI dashboards, AI/ML readiness.
  • Implement and maintain robust IT security (firewalls, intrusion detection, employee training, data protection).
  • Manage IT projects from intake through delivery, leveraging project management tools and PMO collaboration.
  • Drive process automation and oversee software integrations with OEM, third-party, and internal platforms.
  • Define and achieve SLAs for incident response and resolution; track IT performance with key metrics.
  • Conduct business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Other

  • Provide strategic IT leadership and mentor a high-performing IT team.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize :28 customer-facing websites for brand consistency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with FTC Safeguards Rule, GLBA, and PII regulations.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and performance expectations.
  • Develop user training programs to maximize software adoption.
