Intermountain Electric (IME) is seeking an IT Intern to enhance its technology exposure, apply acquired knowledge, and gain practical experience within the company.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
- Basic knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Provide first level support for IT-related queries.
- Assist with he installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues.
- Support network administration tasks, including setting up workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in maintaining network security protocols.
- Update and maintain IT documentation including user guides and system configuration.
