IDT is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Intern to be based in our San Diego office. This IT Engineer will work with a fast-paced team of mission-focused engineers to solve some of the Navy’s toughest challenges.
Requirements
- Experience with common software applications and hardware components
- Experience with using and configuring server-based systems or server based operating systems
- Experience with developing scripting and automation issues for complex tasks
- Experience with dealing with a complex ecosystem of technology
- Completed coursework/experience in relation to the building, securing and maintaining of Information Technology systems such as servers, switches, or workstations
- Experience with VMWare or virtualization technologies
Responsibilities

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program with a major in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, data science, cyber security, mathematics, or aeronautical engineering
- All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance.
