Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft desktop support.
 
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
 
- Install and configure hardware for desktops and laptops.
 
- Manage and configure network printers.
 
- Utilize remote support tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
 
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related or technical field, or equivalent experience.
 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
