Requirements

  • Basic understanding of web development, programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, R, SQL) and scripting
  • Basic understanding of Networks, Operating systems (Windows, Unix) and Databases

Responsibilities

  • analysis of cybersecurity events and the environment to identify current and future risks which could lead to cyberattacks
  • vulnerability analysis, network traffic analysis, risk analysis, incident response, threat modeling, cyber threat intelligence, penetration testing, forensics, security operations, cloud security, data security, malware reverse engineering, security countermeasures, open-source intelligence, and technical writing
  • protecting organizational assets, including infrastructure, networks, hardware devices, applications, and data from cyberattacks
  • enterprise security, security controls, security testing, security strategies, application security, security requirements analysis, cloud security, data security, network security, secure coding practices, detection engineering, identity and access management, and security countermeasures

Other

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
