Cambridge is looking to provide practical insight into the financial services industry and allow students to gain practical knowledge in their field through its Next Step internship program.
Requirements
- Students studying technology, MIS, computer and IT administration, computer systems and networking, computer science, computer programming, information systems, cybersecurity, or similar majors
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with IGEL
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques
- Experience with Carbon Black, Malwarebytes, and KnowBe4
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
- Learn a wide range of programs and websites that many companies utilize.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting skills across common platforms.
- Collaborate on infrastructure planning and optimization.
- Gain experience with VMWare, Active Directory, Azure, and IGEL.
- Gain efficiency with cybersecurity tools and techniques, cultivating a security-aware mindset.
- Investigate phishing, malware, and security alerts using tools like Carbon Black, Malwarebytes, and KnowBe4.
Other
- Students must be available for an 11-week paid internship
- Students must be willing to participate in educational training hosted by our Associate Training and Development team
- Students must be willing to participate in networking events with company executives
- Students must be willing to job shadow in other teams at Cambridge
- Students must be available to discuss continued employment with Cambridge on a part-time or full-time basis following the internship
