The City of Garden Grove is seeking a Programmer Analyst to modify and/or develop computer programs and maintain the City's website management system to support the work of every department in the City.
Requirements
- experience with software development
- experience with business analysis
- experience with relational databases
- strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Practical experience with Ruby on Rails
- Practical experience with Drupal
- Practical experience with Linux
Responsibilities
- modifies and/or develops computer programs
- maintains the City's website management system
- creating or modifying of existing software systems
- developing and updating the City's Drupal website management system
- deploying purchased software systems
- providing user training and support on new and existing systems
- troubleshooting software and hardware problems related to computers, printers, and networking equipment
