Arthrex's Global Infrastructure Data Center Services team needs support in managing over 2,000 servers and petabytes of storage globally, including support for over 35 sites and 4 datacenters, as well as data protection and disaster recovery technologies. The team is looking for an intern to assist in analyzing competing technologies to find the best solutions for infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Interest in Operating Systems (scripting, IT concepts, cloud technologies) preferred.
- PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of new patching systems.
- Support Arthrex IT sites and private cloud.
- Research potential solutions with vendors to help the team with goals and projects.
- Perform virtualization health/tune up.
- Assist with infrastructure automation for deployment of servers.
- Utilize Power BI.
- Use LogicMonitor for alert reduction and integration.
Other
- Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate required.
- Sophomore or above studying Information Technology preferred.
- Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.
- Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
- This Internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026.
- The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
