Capgemini is seeking a Software and Tools Developer to build and maintain internal tools and software solutions that support business operations and technical teams, focusing on engineering, design, and implementation of technical solutions across enterprise platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, design, and implementation of technical solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations with Google and/or other major AI platforms.
- Experience in MSFT legacy data structures like EOL MSSQL services.
- Proficient in both Linux and MSFT operating systems and networking.
- Experience in developing Rust based applications.
- Python, JavaScript are must haves.
- Strong background in building and supporting internal tools or enterprise software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications and internal tools tailored to business needs.
- Apply best practices and creative problem-solving to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical tasks related to software configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Work within Agile frameworks to prioritize and deliver features aligned with product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data and transformation challenges.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to build sustainable and user-friendly software solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance, including answering configuration questions and debugging critical issues.

- Must reside in the US and be able to legally work in the US
- Must have worked in highly regulated environments such as government, DOD, Gaming or other industries that require strict back ground checks.
- Proven ability to work independently and focus on specific solution areas within a larger platform.
