Kyndryl needs to manage the operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. This involves preparing for and supporting new or changed services, the change process, regulatory, legal, and professional standards, performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and bought-in services. The role also requires providing service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning.
Requirements
- Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- Enterprise IT application experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Must have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teams
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses
- In depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonus
