Requirements

• Have a background in market / user research, service design, CX/UX design, technology or social sciences, experience in workshop facilitation, and believe in the tenets of human-centered design
• Have experience are comfortable with quantitative information such as research data, profit & loss statements, business KPIs

Responsibilities

• Manages innovation activities to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new product opportunities.
• Develops, manages and implements a portfolio of innovation projects.
• Advises senior management and internal clients to understand the results and implications of innovation initiatives.
• Implements and executes the defined innovation strategy.
• Partners with internal and external resources to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new product opportunities.
