Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and innovation processes
- Experience in agile methodologies and autonomous work
- Extensive experience in delivering digital solutions and digitization projects
- Strong background in financial management and business case development
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and develop business cases
- Experience with Use-Case diagrams, Data-flows, etc.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
- Oversee PoV PoC projects through to pilot, FM/business case and deployment with regional teams
- Validate value cases and features built by providers using a deep understanding of the business and customers
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to map out functional requirements and specifications
- Design and define the “as-is” and “to-be” states of existing tools/processes and new innovations in collaboration with the architecture team
- Review system processes and recommend improvements/solutions
- Organize sprint reviews with key stakeholders to gather feedback
Other
- Must have bp retail operational experience having worked in a site or at Op Ex, operational field level
- Proven experience leading diverse teams, both directly and indirectly
- Strong leadership and communication skills to present and articulate at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of building relationships and engaging with key business stakeholders
- Global role requiring flexible working hours to accommodate stakeholders in ASPAC and EU regions
