4Refuel U.S. LLC is looking to grow its new business and manage its existing customer portfolio by converting inbound leads and nurturing relationships with C-level clients.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs.
- Prior experience with a CRM program is an asset
- Basic research skills required.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt telephone/email follow up to inbound leads from all sources and properly document and track results
- Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services.
- Adheres to 4Refuel sales process by maintaining an active sales pipeline for C accounts.
- Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
- Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge.
- Conduct outbound calls to support new business and/or account management targets.
- Ensure all documentation required for new account setups is submitted accurately into database.

- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills
- Strategic sales capabilities which support selling to the C-Level of small businesses, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up environment
- Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive
- Secondary School Diploma required.
