UNFOLD is looking to solve the problem of supporting data-driven decision-making across social media, creative campaigns, and media performance for their clients in the entertainment, gaming, and brand industries.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau), and social media analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr, Sprout, social listening tools, GWI, Helixa, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and/or other performance tracking and insights tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data automation tools is a plus!
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze social, digital, and media performance data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze audience engagement, content trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform content and media strategies.
- Monitor platform algorithm changes and emerging digital trends to provide proactive recommendations.
- Assist in A/B testing and creative performance analysis for paid and organic campaigns.
- Provide insights on consumer behavior, cultural landscape, and social trends to inform strategy development.
Other
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, media, or analytics role (internships count!).
- Excellent communication skills—can explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative storytelling.
- Develop an acumen for strategic development for growth within the company
- Present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling way to both internal teams and clients.
