Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases is advantageous.
- Prior internship experience or coursework related to analytics is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to generate actionable insights.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Present summarized information in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for different business units or projects. Provide regular updates on performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide support in making data-driven decisions. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders or team members. Assist in answering specific business questions through data mining, modeling, or other analytical techniques.
- Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and findings related to data analysis projects. Ensure that documentation is organized, accurate, and accessible for future reference.

- Currently enrolled in undergraduate school and pursuing a bachelor’s of Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree
