Insomniac's West Coast Clubs Division is looking for a Design Project Coordinator to support the Design team in Glendale, ensuring all design projects for club shows and special projects are organized and on track.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (i.e., ASANA, Dropbox, G-Suite)
- Working knowledge of design, print, web, and social media platforms
- Proficiency in MAC/PC
- Ability to multitask and prioritize when handling multiple projects at a time
- Knowledge of EDM and Insomniac artists/ brands is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining day-to-day flow of design projects in production for all club shows and special projects
- Assist with the intake and delegation of design requests via the internal project management system (Asana)
- Assist with Asana calendar management & daily ticket scrubbing
- Evaluate project overview for each design request received & ensure sufficient ticket submission
- Define scope of work
- Determine possible risks
- Develop project timelines and set delivery expectations with Stakeholders
Other
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locations
- Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
