Requirements
- You have interest in the Institutional market and product offerings. Preferably, candidates will have experience in product management, such as product strategy, construction and pricing, operational policies, and/or service model.
- You have strong project management skills, experience leading projects with broad business impact, and are confident in working with senior business leaders inside the organization.
- You demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in a variety of settings, with ability to distill complex topics and present effectively.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs to gain business insight on our products, clients, and industry to inform product decisions.
- You have courage, take initiative, and are not afraid to learn on the job with the support of your team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- You will be an individual contributor who collaborates with internal teams, including sales, operations, legal, and other product professionals, to address vehicle-related questions, support business development, and provide education to internal and external stakeholders
- You will contribute to vehicle strategy, positioning, and infrastructure by recommending forward looking approaches and executing product level business plans, ensuring products and services are competitive and aligned with long-term goals
- You will lead and manage impactful projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and meet deadlines
- You will navigate and engage with internal governance groups, resolve conflicts, and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- You will improve team effectiveness by coaching associates, fostering a positive team environment, and performing other duties as assigned
Other
- You have 7+ years of work experience (asset management industry preferred)
- You thrive in areas of high complexity, can identify and resolve challenging issues, enjoy collaborating with a wide array of cross-functional partners, and can deliver results under tight deadlines.
- You demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in a variety of settings, with ability to distill complex topics and present effectively.
